GENERAL POLICY

• Returns are accepted. $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping for orders under $150. Please reach out to info@joanoloffshoes.com for a return shipping label

• Free Returns for orders over $150 or more

• Any customs fees or taxes on international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer

• We offer refunds as long as the shoes do not show signs of wear.

• You have 30 days from the day your item shipped to initiate a return.

• Items purchased online at www.joanoloffshoes.com can not be returned at our retail stores at this time.

• We only accept returns on items purchased at www.joanoloffshoes.com.

• All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging. If you are not sure about the fit of the shoe, don't wear them outside.

• Credit will be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.

• If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.

• Most credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item, allowing for processing and inspection time.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.

• All outlet sale items are FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  The cut off time for expedited order is 1 pm EST which means orders after that time will go out the next business day.  We will email you when the order is shipped. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive it in your inbox.  

All US orders are shipped via UPS/USPS and should be received within 3-6 business days after processing. Delivery time do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

if you were shipped out a product that is incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged, please let us know by emailing info@joanoloffshoes.com before you ship the item(s) back to us.

All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
