HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate a Return or an Exchange and receive a shipping label, simply go to our Return Portal by clicking HERE.
RETURN POLICY
Return shipping is FREE for all orders shipped before the 30-day window expires. The 30-day return window begins from the date we shipped the order to you.
We only accept returns on items purchased at www.joanoloffshoes.com.
Order less than $150 will incur a $10 restocking fee.
All outlet sale items are FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges.
Any customs fees or taxes on international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
We offer refunds as long as the shoes do not show signs of wear. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a like-new condition. All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging. If you are not sure about the fit of the shoe, don't wear them outside nor on a hard surface in order to not scratch the outer sole.
Items purchased online at www.joanoloffshoes.com cannot be returned at our brick-and-mortar retail stores and retail partners at this time.
LABELS
A return shipping label will be provided to you, as well as a QR code. If you are not able to print the shipping label, simply bring the QR code on your phone to the post office, and the post office will print the label for you.
REFUNDS
Should you choose to exchange your order, a store credit will be provided right away, otherwise a refund will be credited to the original form of payment 10 business days after your return is delivered, inspected and approved.
You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.
If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Free Return Shipping for orders over $150.
The cut off time for expedited order is 1 pm EST which means orders after that time will go out the next business day.
We will email you when the order is shipped.
Please check junk/spam if you do not receive it in your inbox.
All US orders are shipped via UPS/USPS and should be received within 3-6 business days after processing. Delivery time do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
